Core 5 exposure control plans (silica, asbestos, lead, noise, infectious disease)
Our five exposure control plans in one order: silica, asbestos, lead, noise and hearing conservation, and infectious disease. Each comes in 14 editions, one for every province and territory and one for federally regulated workplaces, in English and in French: 140 editable Word files you make your own, for $449.95 instead of $599.75 bought separately.
What’s in the bundle

Asbestos exposure control plan
Managing asbestos in place (inventory, labelling, condition checks) and work that disturbs it, sorted into low, moderate and high risk, with procedures task by task, decontamination, air monitoring and clearance testing, and 8 forms.
Lead exposure control plan
Lead paint, coatings, solder, batteries, ranges and glazes: risk assessment, controls, 11 task procedures, hygiene against take-home lead, air and surface monitoring, blood lead levels with medical removal, and 8 forms.
Noise exposure control and hearing conservation plan
Noise assessment and exposure categories, buying quiet and engineering controls, hearing protector selection and fit, noise surveys and personal dosimetry, audiometric testing and 7 forms.
Infectious disease exposure control plan
Blood-borne, respiratory and contact infections, in health care and beyond: risk assessment by job, routine practices and added precautions, 17 safe work procedures, vaccination, exposure follow-up, outbreaks and 8 forms.
How they fit together
Every plan has the same 13 sections in the same order, and each says how it fits the rest of your health and safety program. Where a task has more than one hazard, such as lead in old paint on masonry being blasted, the silica and lead plans point to your other plans.
Five hazards, one layout
Every plan follows the same 13 sections, from the hazard and the risk assessment through controls, procedures, protective equipment, hygiene, monitoring and training to records and review, so someone who knows one plan finds their way around the others.
Each edition’s section 1.3 sets out the law where you work, with pinpoint citations, and Appendix A cross-references every provision the plan is written to meet.
What you save
Bought separately, the five cost $599.75, $119.95 each. The bundle is $449.95, a saving of $149.80.
The bundle is already discounted, so the multi-template discount doesn’t apply to an order with the bundle in it.
Lifetime updates for all five
When any of the five plans gets a new edition, we email you, with what changed and a link to download its new files in every jurisdiction and both languages, free.
Lifetime updates
When the law changes, we publish a new edition of the template it affects and email everyone who bought it, on its own or in the bundle. Every update is free, for as long as we publish it.

Questions
What is in the bundle?
Five plans: silica, asbestos, lead, noise and hearing conservation, and infectious disease. Each comes in 14 jurisdiction editions, every province and territory and federal, in English and in French. That is 140 Word files; after you pay you choose your jurisdiction and language and download the five plans for it, on your confirmation page or in Find my downloads.
Which edition do I use?
The one for the law that covers the workplace: the province or territory where the work is done, or the federal edition if your business is federally regulated under Part II of the Canada Labour Code (for example, interprovincial trucking, airlines, railways, banks and telecommunications). If you are not sure which law covers you, confirm it with your regulator before you rely on an edition. All 14 come with every purchase, in English and French, so you never pay twice for the right one.
Do I need all five?
Only for the hazards in your work. A written plan is for the exposures your own hazard assessment finds, so a firm that never disturbs asbestos or lead may need only some of them. If you need three or fewer, buying them on their own may cost less; if you already have one, buy the others on their own.
Can I add other templates to the same order?
Yes. The bundle is already discounted, so the multi-template discount doesn’t apply to an order with the bundle in it.
Is this legal advice? Will it make us compliant?
No. They are templates, not legal advice: complete plans written to the law with every requirement cited, as a starting point. A plan only works once a qualified person adapts it to your work and you put it in place and follow it, so no template can promise compliance.
How do updates work for the bundle?
When any of the five plans gets a new edition, we email you its new files, free, as part of your lifetime updates.
Can I use it for more than one company?
Each purchase is licensed to one company. Consultants setting up programs for several clients should contact us.
Want it built for you?
Our safety advisors assess the hazards in your work and help you tailor the plan to it, from the risk assessment to the procedures your crews follow and the controls behind them.
