Grain, cattle, dairy, hog and poultry operations, greenhouses and nurseries, fruit and vegetable growers, custom operators and grain handlers.

Your farm follows the law of the province or territory where it is, and how far that law reaches farming differs a great deal.

Questions

Does OHS law even apply to my farm?

It depends where you farm. Section 15 sets out, jurisdiction by jurisdiction, who the law covers on a farm (waged workers, family members, exemptions) and which rules apply. The manual keeps the company’s rule either way, and where we couldn’t confirm a rule in the official text it tells you who to check with.

Is it laid out for COR?

Yes, on the 14 national elements every harmonized COR audit shares, with all 74 documentation questions cross-referenced. Each province’s certifying partner uses its own audit tool, so check the manual against the one you are certifying with. No template can promise a pass.

Do the exposure control plans cover every province too?

Yes. Every plan comes in 14 editions, one for each province and territory and one for federal workplaces, each in English and French, all in one purchase.

Do you discount the manual and plans together?

Yes. Two or more templates in one order take the multi-template discount automatically at checkout: 10% off 2, 15% off 3, 20% off 4 or more.
