One layout, 14 editions
The templates share one layout. Section 1.3 of each edition sets out the law where you work, with pinpoint citations, Appendix A cross-references every provision it is written to meet, and Appendix B holds its print-ready forms, each with a form code.
Every purchase includes all 14 editions of each template, in English and in French. After you pay, you choose your jurisdiction and language once and download each of the six templates for it, on your confirmation page or in Find my downloads.
What you save
Bought separately, the six cost $719.70, $119.95 each. The pack is $449.95, a saving of $269.75.
The pack is already discounted, so the multi-template discount doesn’t apply to an order with it in it. When any of its templates gets a new edition, we email you its new files, free.
Lifetime updates
When the law changes, we publish a new edition of the template it affects and email everyone who bought it, on its own or in the bundle. Every update is free, for as long as we publish it.

Questions
What is in the pack?
Six templates: plans for noise, heat stress, cold stress, UV radiation and hydrogen sulphide, and a respiratory protection program. Each comes in 14 jurisdiction editions, every province and territory and federal, in English and in French. That is 168 Word files; after you pay you choose your jurisdiction and language and download the six templates for it, on your confirmation page or in Find my downloads.
Which edition do I use?
The one for the law that covers the workplace: the province or territory where the work is done, or the federal edition if your business is federally regulated under Part II of the Canada Labour Code (for example, interprovincial trucking, airlines, railways, banks and telecommunications). If you are not sure which law covers you, confirm it with your regulator before you rely on an edition. All 14 come with every purchase, in English and French, so you never pay twice for the right one.
Do I need all six?
Only for the hazards in your work. A written plan is for the exposures your own hazard assessment finds, so you may need only some of them. If you need four or fewer, buying them on their own costs less, with the multi-template discount. If you already have one, buy the others on their own.
Why is the respiratory protection program in every pack?
Where a plan calls for respirators, they only protect when they are chosen for the hazard, fit tested, checked and looked after. The respiratory protection program covers all of that, written to the law of each jurisdiction, so it comes with every pack.
Can I add other templates to the same order?
Yes. The pack is already discounted, so the multi-template discount doesn’t apply to an order with it in it.
Is this legal advice? Will it make us compliant?
No. They are templates, not legal advice: complete plans written to the law with every requirement cited, as a starting point. A plan only works once a qualified person adapts it to your work and you put it in place and follow it, so no template can promise compliance.
How do updates work for the pack?
When any of the six templates gets a new edition, we email you its new files, free, as part of your lifetime updates.
Can I use it for more than one company?
Each purchase is licensed to one company. Consultants setting up programs for several clients should contact us.
Want it built for you?
Our safety advisors assess the hazards in your work and help you tailor the plan to it, from the risk assessment to the procedures your crews follow and the controls behind them.
